Valentina knows that Nature is generous with those who love and respect her. 

In 2018 she founded the Azienda Agricola Tescari in Vitorchiano, a beautiful village on the green hills of Tuscia Viterbese. Here, her dream of a life in harmony with Nature takes shape. Agricultural production is perfectly integrated into the natural ecosystem: intercropping and crop rotation are practiced, without the use of plant protection products.

The cultivation of saffron and edible flowers is carried out alongside the harvest of wild herbs, which she learnt to recognize from her grandfather when she was a child.
The meticulous recovery of traditional flavours is combined with constant experimentation in the transformation of raw materials into unique and innovative products.

Aromatic herbs and edible flowers are packaged with the utmost care: the glass vial is closed with a cork stopper and sealed with shellac, to preserve every aromatic note and splendid colour.
From the earth of the volcano and from the hands of those privileged to cultivate it, Tescari gathers for you all the perfumes of Tuscia.
