EXHIBITOR B16 Azienda Agricola Sapori di ieri

Sapori di Ieri is a small family-run, organically certified agribusiness whose headquarters are located in Caprarola (VT) on the foothills of the Cimini Mountains, a few steps from the Lago di Vico Nature Reserve, in the heart of Tuscia Viterbese. The company was born and grew thanks to the love of nature and good food of Antonella Finocchi, an agricultural entrepreneur whose creative flair underlies all the products, and her daughter Francesca. Our main cultivations, once of our grandparents, are those typical of the area: hazelnut, chestnut and olive trees, of which we take care of the entire chain by hand and in an artisanal way. In 2010, the traditional cultivations were joined by the growing of aromatic herbs such as rosemary, sage, oregano and thyme, which, processed directly on the farm, become our fragrant mix "Erbe Magiche".

Respecting nature and our health, we do not use chemicals in the cultivations, only natural substances such as organic fertilizer, propolis and Neem products. The large, ever-evolving vegetable garden and fruit trees, which frame the main cultivations, provide exceptional raw materials for the production of our compotes, jams and sauces. Raw materials that are not produced on the farm, which are necessary for some processing, are purchased through channels that respect our ethics and quality standards: local
partner farms, certified "slow food" producers, organic and biodynamic producers, and fair trade companies.
