The PASTICCERIA ALBA has been producing artisan confectionery products since 1960, prepared with natural and genuine ingredients to guarantee their fragrance; we offer a vast assortment of classic Italian pastries and typical Viterbo sweets, savory pastries for refreshments, semifreddo, wedding cakes, pralines and biscuits, all of our own production. At PASTICCERIA ALBA every day emotions are renewed, every leavening, every filling or decoration is unique and enchants us after more than 70 years as if it were the first time. Pasticceria Alba is historically known for the use of mother yeast; in fact, already in 1954 Antonio Fiorentini created his mother yeast becoming the first artisan pastry chef from Viterbo to exploit its properties; today the sons are carrying on this passion with devotion and sacrifice taking care of it all year round but thanks to which it is possible to make fantastic products such as Pansucchio and Panallegro.
