In the ring since 2010, the Itineris Brewery is among those who, at the beginning of the artisanal experience in Lazio, contributed to fueling the microbrewery movement, giving it impetus and support in the consolidation of fertile ground on which to grow and expand.
The owner and brewer is Claudio Conti, who, after training experiences in Piedmont, has made his Civita Castellana the base of his operations, and it is in particular in the former ceramic factory "Castellania" where Claudio delights in always experimenting with recipes new with a view to conscious and environmentally friendly brewing linked to the Tuscia area and its ancient spices.
Much Belgium is in its DNA, but also the ability to gradually make the choices made in the creation of its recipes more eclectic, for example giving space to the use of local ingredients, such as ginger, fennel, hemp, pink pepper, oak and others.
In the name Itineris and in the choice of names in labels he resonates the concept of the journey as a journey in the discovery of the territory, but also an internal journey. The mechanism of the paths that intertwine in Tuscia is linked to the use of the colors of the chakras, giving life to a mix of concepts and emotions from which to be carried away glass after glass.
