The artisan company Pagnani Tartufi was born in 2002, from the tenacious determination of the Pagnani family not to lose thirty years of experience gained in the research and marketing of fresh truffle, motivated by the conviction of being able to bring truffles to your table as well as only those who know and love it for generations can do.
