The farm was born from the idea of reviving the family lands left fallow for a generation, introducing new production systems, new working methods and a distribution model in step with the times.
In 2019 the cultivation of saffron began and to follow the new olive groves that flank the olive groves planted about a century ago. The idea of saffron stems from the desire to undertake a cultivation different from those traditionally present in the area with the aim of placing on the local and non-local market a product of the highest quality and completely sustainable: "Zafferano dopppia G".
Our belief is that today more than ever product innovation can and must coexist with respect for the traditions of the territory and the local community, where our first customers become the first ambassadors.
